We are a circuit training studio that specializes in small group personal training. Each class is led by a certified personal trainer who helps keep the routines fun, safe, and effective. Classes are designed to incorporate both resistance based and cardio based movements.

With our unique group training format each client is consistently working out in their very own routine. This allows clients the opportunity to progress/regress exercises to better accommodate any fitness level.

Regardless of your fitness goal or current fitness level training at the studio can make a difference. Learn proper form and technique on a large array of traditional and untraditional gym exercises.
